All rights not expressly granted to you are reserved. ## 4. In-App Purchases & Subscriptions (If Applicable) Any digital goods, premium unlocked features, or subscriptions are billed through your official Google Play Store or Apple App Store account according to their respective billing terms and refund rules. ## 5. Disclaimer of Warranties The application is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that the application will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free of harmful components. ## 6. Limitation of Liability To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Appfonic Studio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your access to or use of the application. ## 7.
